In TSW, applichiamo la ricerca scientifica e le neuroscienze in contesti reali, con l’obiettivo di migliorare le esperienze quotidiane.Per questo, cerchiamo un Researcher da inserire nel nostro team che sia competente in metodologie della ricerca : ci occupiamo di test di usabilità, test psicofisiologici (EEG, SCL, Eye-Tracker, Face coding, Implicit Association Test, …), questionari, card sorting, tree test, first impression e focus group.Sei il candidato ideale se hai :un dottorato di ricerca o in alternativa almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella ricerca applicata, meglio se universitaria;laurea specialistica in contesto psicologico;esperienza di conduzione di test, sia in presenza che da remoto;capacità di utilizzare strumenti del mondo delle neuroscienze quali EEG, SCL, Eye-Tracker;competenze di statistica;naturale curiosità a tematiche innovative e sviluppo;abilità di stesura di paper scientifici;C1 lingua inglese, parlato e scritto.Offriamo per questo un contratto a tempo indeterminato, con inquadramento competitivo e commisurato all’esperienza e alle tue caratteristiche. Avrai inoltre la possibilità di alternare la presenza in sede a giornate di smart working.
