Compass Group Italia spa azienda multinazionale leader nel settore Foodservices B2B/B2C, ricerca una figura di Sales Representative per l’area centro-sud da inserire presso gli uffici di Roma con focus su clienti del settore Business & Industry, Education e Retail . La sua responsabilità principale è massimizzare le vendite e la crescita del giro d'affari, attraverso l'analisi di mercato della propria area geografica di competenza e la pianificazione di strategie efficaci atte al raggiungimento del target individuale di sviluppo. Il suo compito è individuare le esigenze dei potenziali acquirenti, in modo da anticipare le loro richieste e avanzare offerte che si pongano come soluzione a quei bisogni specifici. La figura dovrà analizzare i bandi di gara per individuare potenziali opportunità di business, coordinare e gestire tutte le attività legate alla predisposizione di gare d'appalto, tender support e offerte per clienti privati e pubblici, redigere budget di gara assicurando la compliance normativa. Entrerà a far parte del team commerciale, riportando al Sales Director, occupandosi delle seguenti attività: I requisiti richiesti sono: Esperienza consolidata nel settore della ristorazione pubblica/privata Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata Preferibilmente aver utilizzato sistemi di CRM per la gestione della pipeline Offriamo l’inserimento in un contesto strutturato e di respiro internazionale, che garantisce percorsi di crescita e punta a sviluppare costantemente le competenze dei propri collaboratori, in un ambiente in cui il clima di lavoro è positivo e la collaborazione è fondamentale quanto il riconoscimento dei risultati personali. #J-18808-Ljbffr
