Join to apply for the Junior Auditor role at KPMG Italy KPMG is where Auditors become AI enthusiasts Do Work That Matters - Your role and responsibilities Starting date: January 2026 Type of contract: Apprenticeship Specifically, you will be tasked with: Mapping key business cycles of clients through interviews with administrative staff Assessing the adequacy of internal controls within companies Analyzing and verifying various areas of client companies' financial statements, prepared in accordance with national accounting standards (OIC) or international standards (IAS – IFRS) as defined by applicable auditing principles Implementing the audit methodology with the support of advanced data analysis technologies You will be involved in projects that will allow you to explore various business environments (industrial or financial) comprehensively, build relationships with client company representatives, and become part of structured teams that will support your professional growth. Skills & characteristics You have or are about to obtain a degree in Economics/Finance (priority will be given to Master's degree students or graduates) You are proficient in English You are eager to learn and apply what you have studied You are a team player You are keen to improve your interpersonal and communication skills.
