Logistics Manager – Luxury Fragrance HouseStart: ImmediateOur client, a prestigious luxury fragrance brand with an international footprint, is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join their Milan headquarters. This is a critical and urgent hire, responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of global shipments and supporting both retail and e‑commerce operations.The ideal candidate brings hands‑on logistics expertise within beauty, fragrance, or related sectors, with mandatory experience handling dangerous goods (ADR/DC).Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate daily shipments across global marketsPrepare, print, and manage all shipping documentation (delivery notes, DDT, packing lists, waybills)Enter and process customer orders within the management systemCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliersMaintain and archive export/import documentationMonitor warehouse inventoryTrack shipment progress and resolve logistical issues proactivelyLiaise with airlines, couriers, and road transport partners to ensure timely pick‑up and deliveryEnsure compliance with all ADR/DC requirementsCandidate ProfileMinimum 4–5 years’ experience in logistics and shipping, ideally within fragrance, beauty, or FMCGStrong organisational skills, accuracy, and ability to operate under pressureAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Fluent English (B2 level or above)Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce) is an advantageFlexible, analytical, and proactive mindsetImmediate availability preferredWhat’s on OfferFull‑time, permanent role in a global luxury fragrance houseOpportunity to join a renowned brand during an exciting stage of growthSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSupply ChainIndustriesPersonal Care Product Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
