POSIZIONE: HUMAN RESOURCES - Training ManagerDESCRIZIONE DELLA POSIZIONEWe are looking for a Field Retail Trainer Europe for an important Luxury Brand. As a Field Retail Trainer, the mission is to develop retail teams in delivering an outstanding client experience that drives store business performance, with a particular focus on enhancing Clienteling.RESPONSABILITÀ DEL RUOLOLead by example by embodying brand’s values, service excellence, and company policies.Execute Retail Training Plan for assigned storesPartner with Retail Managers and Store Managers to deliver corporate training strategy within assigned store(s)Support Store Managers in developing and delivering structured training roadmap that contributes to business growth by enhancing selling skills, product knowledge, and in-store coaching techniques.Partner with Retail Managers to scout and implement opportunities for staff elevation through TrainingFoster a culture of continuous learning and development, with a strong emphasis on Clienteling techniques.Observe client interactions and provide real-time coaching through active listening and questioning, enabling team members to improve their approach to client engagement.Leverage client feedback insights to coach individuals and implement solutions that enhance the overall client experience.Drive key training initiatives, ensuring a hands-on, shop-floor-focused approach that fosters a positive and engaging learning environment.Support Store Managers in conducting skills gap analyses and creating individualized coaching plans for their teams.Provide ongoing feedback to Retail Managers and Store Managers regarding team performance and progress.Coordinate and monitor training activitiesEnsure Store Management is fully informed about training progress, required actions, and areas for improvement, making recommendations as needed.Monitor and assess the effectiveness of in-store training programs through follow-ups, observations, and measurable outcomes.REQUISITI DEL CANDIDATOEnglish Proficiency, both written and spoken.Fluency in at least another EU language (Italian, French, German, Spanish)Any other language will be a plusConfident with Microsoft Office (PPT, xls, Outlook)Interested in digital toolsINFORMAZIONI AGGIUNTIVEYou will be spending approximately 70% of your time in store.
