Our mission is to accelerate the global transition to renewable energy by providing reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective storage technologies. As we continue to expand, we are looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic and international team. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing all logistics activities related to Energy Dome’s international projects. The role oversees end-to-end logistics operations — from planning and execution to supplier and documentation management — ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company objectives. This position requires close coordination with the Supply Chain and Project Management teams to support global project deliveries and guarantee timely, cost-effective, and compliant logistics execution. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate local and international logistics operations at both administrative and operational levels, covering the entire process from origin (e.g. China, United States, Europe, India) to project sites worldwide. Plan and monitor shipments and deliveries (air, sea, and ground), ensuring adherence to schedule and budget. Maintain effective relationships with shippers and carriers; negotiate Purchase Orders and Framework Agreements with freight forwarders and carriers. Oversee shipping documentation and customs operations, including import/export procedures, delivery notes, and compliance with international trade standards.
