Yellowsquare is looking for an Assistant to the General Manager YellowSquare Rome is looking for two Square Deputies, the right hand of our Square Lover. What you should have 5+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role; Strong team coordination and communication skills; Fluency in English and Italian; A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure; A people-first mindset with a strong eye for guest experience and team wellbeing; Confidence with digital tools, booking systems, and hospitality tech; Previous hostel experience is a big bonus. What you’ll be doing Supporting the Square Lover by working closely with the Reception/Bar team and overseeing the Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.; Being a daily point of reference for team members — ensuring tasks are clear, spirits are high, and operations run smoothly; Monitoring service standards, helping resolve guest issues, and keeping the Square vibe alive; Coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows to keep everything moving; Assisting with admin tasks, reporting, inventory, and compliance with Italian local regulations.
