The role focuses on the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead product development lifecycle, reviewing priorities and goalsCollaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to align on strategyConduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunitiesCommunicate product vision, status updates, and key decisions to ensure alignmentConduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on product to improve UXDevelop go‑to‑market strategies, create product documentation, and provide trainingSupport sales team reviewing customer feedback and participating in customer meetingsOversee product line strategy and execution across teamsFacilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts within and across departmentsQualificationsExceptional academic results at high school and universityStrong understanding of Linux and open source communityKnowledge of computer architecture, apps, datacenters, cloud, or devicesPassion for writing about technologies and the tech landscapeStrong work ethic and alignment with open source movementCuriosity and habit of continuous learningStrong sense of ownership and problem‑solving skillsOutstanding English communication (verbal and written)For senior roles: product management experience in software industryAbility to manage multiple projects or product lines while maintaining focus on key prioritiesDemonstrated leadership in aligning diverse teams and driving consensusWillingness to travel internationally up to 4 times a year for company events up to two weeks longAdditional Skills We ValueFamiliarity with specific verticals (e.g., Telco, Finance, Automotive)Knowledge of cloud‑native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, SnapExperience in distributed team leadership across time zonesStrong collaboration and innovation facilitation skillsBenefitsDistributed work environment with bi‑annual in‑person team sprintsPersonal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per yearAnnual compensation review and performance‑based bonus or commissionRecognitions, rewards, and annual holiday leaveMaternity and paternity leave, Employee Assistance ProgramTravel benefits for long‑haul company eventsLocationRoles are home‑based in the EMEA time zone.
