We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team in the Branded & Luxury Goods sector, based in Milan. This role involves supporting both the origination and execution of transactions and is ideal for a candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Consumer industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial statement analysis, valuations, and financial modeling. Prepare presentations and transaction memoranda for clients, assisting in both deal origination and execution. Perform company and industry analyses and compile profiles for specific sectors. Analyze target companies and assess acquisition capacity of potential buyers. Stay updated on M&A, equity, and debt-related market developments. Qualifications: The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and reliable, with a strong team orientation and attention to detail. 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a strong focus on M&A; Consumer industry experience is preferred. Advanced financial modeling skills, including valuation and due diligence. Excellent project management and prioritization abilities, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in sourcing information from public and proprietary sources. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Italian and English. Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field from a top‑tier university.
