Randstad Digital Talent Services, divisione specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili ICT di Randstad Digital Italia, sta cercando, per un'importante azienda finale del settore informatico una figura di Senior Product Owner che si occupi di guidare le iniziative di prodotto, collaborare con team multifunzionali e fornire soluzioni che generino valore concreto per utenti e business. Collaborare a stretto contatto con sviluppatori, UX/UI designer, team legali, compliance e business per creare ed evolvere funzionalità che rendano le soluzioni più efficaci e fluide. Partecipare attivamente ai rituali Agile, dalla pianificazione degli sprint alle retrospettive, supportando il team nel generare valore a ogni passo. Svolgere un ruolo cruciale nella definizione della visione della Business Unit, che crea prodotti per l'intero processo, dalla sottoscrizione iniziale del cliente fino alla fine, garantendo un'esperienza utente fluida e conforme. Eccellente conoscenza delle metodologie Agile, con la capacità di adattarle alle specificità dei processi di onboarding e normativi. Esperienza pregressa come Product Owner in contesti complessi. Familiarità con le migliori pratiche UX e gli strumenti di data analytics. Conoscenza dell'inglese molto fluente.
