OverviewWorkload : 100%Drive the growth of solar in Italy with Axpo / Urbasolar. Lead impactful projects from authorization to ready-to-build collaborating with diverse teams across Milan Rome and Bari.ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do :Secure project authorizations coordinating with authorities landowners grid operators and local stakeholdersPrepare submit and follow up on applications; ensure compliance with environmental legal and technical requirementsBuild and manage timelines budgets business plans risk registers and KPIsLead due diligences and studies (HV topography environment legal) with external advisorsManage authorizations and grid connection processes in line with TICA and established proceduresLead multidisciplinary teams; ensure effective communication and internal approvals through all stagesQualificationsWhat you bring & who you are :Bachelors or Masters in Engineering Environmental Science Business Administration or similarProven project management experience ideally in renewables (solar / agrivoltaics)Strong knowledge of Italian permitting grid connection and compliance for MT / AT PV projectsOrganizational analytical and problem-solving strengths; clear communication and negotiation skillsExperience with land-use constraint analysis tools and project management softwareIdeally : Track record managing TICA processes and multidisciplinary teamsEven if you dont meet every point we encourage you to applyAbout the teamYoull join a collaborative purpose-driven team within Axpos Solar Division / Urbasolar working across Italy with open communication shared learning and a strong focus on delivery and inclusion.Equal OpportunityAt Axpo Group we are dedicated to fostering a culture of non-discrimination tolerance and inclusion.
