Description :Marsh is seeking a talented candidate to join our Professional Graduate Programme in the Affinity Team based in Padova. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or progress your career in a specialised area of the insurance sector.The Affinity Business Segment is responsible for groups of individuals with homogeneous characteristics and insurance needs (such as professional associations, sports associations, large employees or public authorities), with revenues up to 25 million. The Affinity Team supports customers in analysing needs, identifying an affinity insurance scheme and finding customised solutions based on their specific risk profiles.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and agree strategies for clients’ risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives.Support and manage the customer portfolio: develop client relationships, understand client business, strategy and objectives.Support clients in the management, analysis and evaluation of insurable risks.Control and report on progress; implement strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service.Stay informed on market trends and ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional and transparency standards.Assist in expanded and business development activities.Monitor and use management software.QualificationsUniversity Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Management Engineering, Statistics, International Relations, Political, Social and Organizational Science, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining, and with a brilliant academic path.Fluency in English and Italian.Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT tools (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint).BenefitsProfessional development opportunities and interesting work.Supportive leaders and a vibrant, inclusive culture where you can create new solutions and make an impact for colleagues, clients and communities.Diverse career advancement opportunities across Marsh McLennan.Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world’s top insurance broker and risk advisor.
