Siamo alla ricerca di un Junior Corporate Health, Safety & Insurance Specialist da inserire nel Team di Corporate Health and Safety . La figura ricercata darà supporto operativo alle attività di Salute e Sicurezza a livello corporate con particolare focus nella gestione del back office relativo alle pratiche assicurative e alla gestione operativa dei sinistri, garantendo che tutti i processi siano in linea con le normative e le procedure aziendali.


Responsabilità principali:
Health & Safety:
  • Supportare il team per la gestione del back office relativo alla formazione, sorveglianza sanitaria e documentazione sulla sicurezza sul lavoro.
  • Contribuire alla costruzione e diffusione della cultura della sicurezza e della salute, collaborando a tale scopo nei diversi progetti di Gruppo e locali e fungendo da role model.
  • Fornire supporto all'elaborazione della reportistica H&S per il Board of Management locale e per lo steering & reporting verso il Gruppo.
Gestione del Back Office Assicurativo:
  • Collaborazione attiva con i team Sales B2C, Sales B2B e B2Condo per la gestione ottimale delle pratiche assicurative di business, assicurando la corretta integrazione delle polizze nei processi aziendali e il rispetto delle tempistiche.
  • Verifica, controllo e gestione dei pagamenti delle polizze assicurative relative ai cantieri (EAR/CAR/DP), monitorando le scadenze e le condizioni previste per evitare disguidi.
  • Monitoraggio delle scadenze delle polizze e gestione delle comunicazioni con le compagnie per il rispetto delle scadenze, con un focus particolare sul mantenimento della copertura continua.
Gestione dei Sinistri (RCT, EAR, CAR, All Risks):
  • Collaborazione con l'area Technical Management e con il team Delivery nella gestione completa del ciclo di vita dei sinistri legati alle nostre installazioni, inclusa l'apertura, il monitoraggio e la risoluzione delle problematiche.
  • Gestione documentale di back office e sollecito periodico per documenti in attesa, garantendo la regolarità delle pratiche e la loro corretta archiviazione.
  • Preparazione di report periodici per monitorare l'andamento delle pratiche e fornire un supporto strategico nella gestione dei sinistri.
Requisiti:
  • Il diploma è essenziale, il titolo di laurea rappresenta un requisito preferenziale.
  • Esperienza pregressa in ambito assicurativo e/o nella gestione di claim.
  • Eventuale esperienza pregressa in ambito Health & Safety.
  • Capacità di gestione di documentazione complessa e monitoraggio delle pratiche.
  • Ottime doti organizzative e di problem solving.
  • Conoscenza delle normative assicurative e delle polizze relative ai cantieri (EAR/CAR/DP) è considerata un plus.
