Your RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive specializing in air and sea freight to boost our presence in Italy. ResponsibilitiesProvide adept support and consultation to both new and existing customers. Strategically cultivate business growth by nurturing customer relationships and securing lucrative new ventures. Develop tailored requirement profiles to meet the specific needs of each customer. Engage in negotiations to establish favorable contract terms and conditions. Keep a vigilant eye on market trends and competitors. Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM tools effectively. Collaborate closely with Pricing, Procurement, and Operations departments to ensure seamless operations. QualificationsBachelor Degree. Demonstrated track record in sales within the air and sea freight industry. Proficiency in English, accompanied by excellent communication skills. Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to work independently and in a target-oriented manner. Team player with adaptability, dedication, and a proactive mindset.
