HR Specalist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to support our growing business in Italy. The role covers HR compliance, organisation, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment and employee relations .

• Manage HR compliance and employee relations in line with Italian labour law and applicable CCNLs .
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, contracts and HR documentation.
• Support organisation design, workforce planning and job structure .
• Coordinate performance management , including goal setting, performance reviews and improvement plans.
• Manage compensation & benefits , salary reviews, bonuses and payroll-related HR matters.
• Lead recruitment for key positions and support workforce planning.
• Provide HR advice and support to managers on day-to-day people matters.
• Prepare HR reports and support regional HR projects.

• 5+ years of HR experience , preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
• Strong knowledge of Italian employment law, HR compliance and CCNL .
• Solid experience in C&B, performance management, organisation and recruitment .
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Italian and good Mandarin .
• Independent, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
