Client Instantly.ai — a fast-growing SaaS startup in AI-powered outbound automation (35,000+ B2B users worldwide). Location Remote (preferably Europe) Engagement Full-time Language English (working proficiency required) About the product Instantly SuperSearch is an AI-driven engine for lead discovery and enrichment. The team is now looking for a hands‑on AI Engineer to own and evolve the AI infrastructure behind the product — from multi‑agent architectures to LLM‑based workflows using LangGraph and LangChain. This is a strategic role with real ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys building fast, experimenting with cutting‑edge tools, and working at the core of a modern AI product. Key Requirements Experience building AI‑powered features in real‑world applications (MVPs or production) Strong expertise in prompt engineering and working with LLMs in production Fluency in Python and JavaScript (Node.js + React.js) Hands‑on experience with OpenAI, Claude, or other LLM APIs Proficiency in LangChain and / or LangGraph: agents, chains, memory, tools, workflows Startup mindset — autonomous, fast‑moving, and impact‑driven Product thinking — understands business implications of tech decisions Nice to have Experience or strong interest in outbound / email automation, sales tech, or lead generation Understanding of semantic search, embeddings, agent orchestration, and RAG pipelines Responsibilities Build and optimize AI‑powered features inside the core platform Design and refine LangGraph workflows and multi‑agent architectures Experiment with the latest tools, models, and agent frameworks Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to deliver seamless integrations Contribute to product ideation, iteration, and roadmap development Take ownership of performance, scalability, and maintainability of AI components What the company offers Opportunity to work with a high‑impact AI product used by 35K+ B2B companies Full ownership of mission‑critical AI workflows and architecture Rapid iteration cycles, minimal bureaucracy, and freedom to experiment Competitive compensation (base + potential equity) Remote‑first team, async‑friendly culture, flexible hours Growth opportunities within a global SaaS company Hiring process 30‑minute screening call with our technical recruiter (agency) Short take‑home challenge (~1 hour) Interview with Instantly’s AI & Automation Team Lead Live coding and technical deep‑dive Final cultural / values interview with the leadership team #J-18808-Ljbffr
