Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 80.000 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.Job Title & PurposePurpose of the JobWithin the project engineering team, you will be responsible of all electrical engineering deliverables and you will manage functionally the associated multi-metier team (Schematics & Apparatus and Mechanical routing)Position in the OrganisationHierarchical: Train Electrical metier leaderFunctional: Project Engineering Manager PrEMNetwork & LinksEngineering team: PrEM, Train System Engineer, Train Control Engineer, Train Design Engineer, Experts, PrRAMS, …Project Manager, Sourcing, PrIMMissionsPerformance Measurement: On time Delivery: Adhesion to baseline on Electrical studies deliveryAdhesion rate to preferred part listResponsibilitiesQuality, Cost and Delivery of S&A and EHI deliverables as follow:Tender Phase: Carryover analysis (electrical product) from previous projects; Budget and workload estimation; Contributor of Engineering planning; Responsible of Architecture definition: Equipment cubicle content, position, path ways, break zones…Specification phase: Contributor on definition of scope of supply between Train and Sub-Systems; Responsible of ENG electrical deliverables until SGR.Next phases: Interface between Project and Center of Excellence electrical, Responsible of baselining definition and inputs deliveries to CoE electrical, Responsible of Harness integration.Operational management of S&A and EHI team allocated on the projectEnsure interfaces with Train System, Train Design, Train Control, RAMS, EMC expert, Industrialization Electrical…Managing internal and external activities (workload, planning, work package reviews, risks…)Leading design reviews and deliverables reviewsEnsuring Baselining contents for his scopeEnsure follow-up with PrEMSupporting continuous improvement of the domain with the MetierJob SpecificationsKnowledge & Experience :Railways Electrical engineering knowledgeStrong approach (hands-on experience is a plus) in electrical CAD (See One / Catia EHI)Minimum 5 years of experience in activity/team managementTrain systems/functions/Industrialization & Manufacturing of harnesses knowledgesSpoken and written English is mandatoryAn agile, inclusive and responsiblecultureis the foundation of ourcompanywhere diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advanceintheir careers.
