If so, you might be the person we are looking for to join our Service Sales team in our Cernusco sul Naviglio Office in Italy We are currently looking for a Graduate Paired Inside Sales to join our team, part of the Agilent CrossLab Group. In this role, you will support the whole Italian Service Sales Team, mainly to manage Public Tenders and participate in sales‑related activities such as promoting and selling service contracts, verifying customers’ installed base, performing data‑cleanup projects, prospecting for upselling opportunities, and more. You will contribute to the achievement of our Country Service Sales Target by participating in projects defined together with Sales Management and Sales Specialists. This entry‑level position is an excellent place to start a sales career, learning by working together with experienced Account Managers and Sales Agents. You will collaborate closely with the local Field Service organization, the Instrument Sales Teams and other members of the Service Sales team. The role is a hybrid position with 3 days from our Cernusco sul Naviglio Office and 2 days from Home Office (optional). Occasionally you will visit customers onsite in collaboration with Senior Account Managers – an opportunity to gain direct consultative sales experience in preparation for a future field‑sales role. Responsibilities Support the whole Italian Service Sales Team. Manage Public Tenders. Participate in sales‑related activities: promote and sell service contracts, verify customers’ installed base, perform data‑cleanup projects, prospect for upselling opportunities. Contribute to the achievement of the Country Service Sales Target. Collaborate with Field Service, Instrument Sales Teams and other Service Sales members. Attend customer visits onsite with Senior Account Managers. Work in a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Qualifications A Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in a scientific field. Basic knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma or Chemical Analysis Laboratory environment is a valued asset. Some sales experience, typically in inside sales roles, is a plus but not a must. Mother‑tongue Italian; B2/C1 level in English is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Office, particularly Excel; some experience with AI tools (Copilot) is a nice to have.
