About Trend Micro The Role : We’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to support enterprise customers across Italy. As a security expert, you’ll partner with Sales to advise on and deploy Trend Micro’s next-gen cybersecurity solutions, shape client strategies, and build trusted relationships. What You’ll Do : Serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers in Italy Understand customer needs and recommend tailored security solutions Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations Influence customer security strategies through technical leadership Respond to tenders and deliver product training Guide deployments, troubleshoot, and ensure best practices Travel across Italy for client engagements as needed What You’ll Bring : 7+ years as a presales / IT solution delivery, ideally with a cybersecurity focus Knowledge of cybersecurity attack framework (i.e. MITRE&CK) and reports (i.e. OWASP Top 10) Passion for security and solving customer challenges Clear communication and confident technical presenting Experience with large enterprise environments Nice to Have : Experience with Trend Micro technologies Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms Industry certifications (CISSP, CIE) At Trend Micro, we embrace change, empower people, and encourage innovation in a connected world.
