General Manager

DescriptionThis role will act as a General Manager for the Bologna site. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing local Quality, HSE, Procurement, Manufacturing, and finance teams with direct reporting to the Europe’s Operations leader. The person will also have a direct reporting line for our Natural Gas Operations and Quality teams in Armentires.In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be :Own Monthly operational results for Bologna and Francel to ensure financial and customer commitments are met and exceeded (Sales, On Time Delivery, Inventory, profitability)Drive operational improvement to support customer expectations and develop operational market differentiatorsDrive margin improvement for our Natural Gas skids business in EuropeOrchestrate product moves within Europe / Globally in coordination with PRM Manufacturing strategiesIn coordination with Europe and Global Supply Chain identify, develop and implement programs to control our cost and our delivery risksFunction as site leader for Bologna in coordination with Emerson country leadership and other Europe PRM leadership team to ensure alignment and continuity in a matrix environmentDrive Operations perfection between sites to coordinate Natural gas skids delivery and profitability across sites (Bologna, Armentires, Manchester)Identify and drive organization and talent developments to achieve strategic deployment objectivesLead organization certification around Safety and Environment and drive team engagement to ensure compliance to standards and continuous improvementEnsure strong cooperation with PRM EU sites (Cluj, Manchester)Who You Are :You quickly and significantly take actions in fact‑changing unpredictable situations.
