Social network you want to login/join with:We offer an interesting opportunity to join our Customer service team, based in Bussolengo (VR) as Customer service representative, reporting to the Customer service coordinator on a full-time permanent contract.This role includes the management of all orders (Domestic and International), dealing with workshop requests, making and receiving calls, assisting the sales team, and responding to customers’ enquiries/requests and dealing with complaints in a timely manner.This position must deal with other company departments and international colleagues.In Italy, it mainly deals with the Sales Team, Sales Operations, Customer Care, and the Tender Department.
