Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in a digital field, and being an ambassador of our organization to clients through your interpersonal skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. </p><h3>Your missions </h3><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain robust Kubernetes (K8s) environments, including configuration of Deployments, StatefulSets, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, and Job/CronJob resources. </li><li>Build and optimize Docker images using multi-stage builds, secure Dockerfiles, and tools like Trivy, Notary, and Cosign for vulnerability scanning and image signing. </li><li>Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including parallel jobs, API integrations, CLI usage, and dependency management across custom and hosted runners. </li><li>Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD for automated, declarative application deployment. </li><li>Ensure code quality and security through tools such as SonarQube, Veracode, and Trivy, integrating them into the development lifecycle. </li><li>Monitor systems using Prometheus and Grafana, and implement centralized logging solutions. </li><li>Contribute to DevSecOps initiatives by embedding security into every stage of the pipeline. </li> </ul><h3>Your profile </h3><ul><li>4–7 years of experience in back-end development and DevOps engineering, with a strong focus on cloud-native technologies. </li><li>Strong expertise in Java and experience working with Oracle databases in enterprise environments. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operational workflows (Deployments, Services, Ingress, StatefulSets, etc.). </li><li>Proficiency in Docker image creation, optimization, and security scanning tools (e.g., Trivy). </li><li>Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline automation. </li><li>Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps methodology for continuous delivery. </li><li>Solid skills in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code. </li><li>Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and code quality/security tools (SonarQube, Veracode). </li><li>Good English (required) – both written and spoken – for client and team collaboration. </li><li>Understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure development lifecycle. </li><li>Knowledge of deployment strategies (e.g., Blue/Green) and operational best practices. </li> </ul><h3>What we offer </h3><ul><li>An international community, bringing together 110+ different nationalities. </li><li>An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities. </li><li>A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules. </li><li>A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.). </li><li>Strong commitments to CSR, notably through participation in our WeCare Together program. </li><li>Local Benefits in Italy: Meal vouchers (Buoni Pasto), Welfare program with discounts and benefits for employees, Flexible work options (hybrid or remote policy), Health insurance and well-being programs. </li> </ul><h3>Diversity and Inclusion </h3><p>Amaris Consulting is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
