OverviewThe Role: Senior Associate - Broking in the Willis Towers Watson (WTW) M&A Practice. The M&A Practice specializes in providing advice and insurance placement services to investor clients. The Due Diligence Advisory team focuses on pre-acquisition and pre-disposal insurance due diligence services, advising clients on the insurance and risk profile of target companies.Job Purpose: Source and undertake project management and consultancy work in the provision of risk and insurance due diligence services for the Willis Towers Watson M&A Practice clients.
