Thanks to its competent and professional team, Qair Italia has more than 1,5 GW in authorization process and first construction in 2023. The objective is to have 500 MW in operation by 2025. To support this rapid growth, Qair Italia is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to be operative at our office in Potenza, Italy. MAIN TASKS Under the supervision of Director of Development, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the development of large wind and solar projects as part of the Group’s strategy. The Senior Project Manager will have to perform all necessary actions for a successful development with relation to : Licensing of existing Portfolio taking into account environmental and technical studies, greenfield projects with land lease aspects; Follow-up with the projects’ development and their time schedules; Relationships with the market, the administration and local stakeholders; Communication and presentation of projects to the upper management; Formal project transfer from project management to asset management; EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED She / He has a degree in environment or engineering. She / he already has a noteworthy experience in the development of Renewable Energy Projects. Experience in large infrastructure projects in rural areas, is also an add-on. She / He has good interpersonal and writing skills (in English also, French is a bonus). She / He is comfortable with standard IT tools and scheduling software. She / He is ideally comfortable with the Italian regulations (especially about the land property, the urbanism, the grid connection specifications). Furthermore, She / He is rigorous, methodical and appreciates teamwork, but is also able to work with a great deal of autonomy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
