Siamo alla ricerca di un / a dinamica / o Room Service Attendant da inserire nel nostro team di pre-apertura.Il ruolo riporterà all'Outlet Manager – F&B.Situato in posizione strategica accanto alla Stazione Termini e a breve distanza dal Colosseo, l'Hyatt Regency Rome Central è un hotel 5 stelle contemporaneo con 238 camere, che offre servizi business di alto livello e una delle esperienze leisure in rooftop più affascinanti d'Italia.L'hotel includerà inoltre una SPA, 5 punti di ristoro e oltre 1000 mq di spazi per eventi.Principali compiti e responsabilità :Gestire direttamente tutte le fasi del servizio Room Service, dalla presa dell'ordine alla consegna in camera fino alla raccolta dei piatti , consegna amenities.Seguire le procedure operative standard (SOP) dell'hotel e del reparto F&BGestire le richieste e le telefonate degli ospiti in italiano e inglese, secondo le procedure previste.Assicurare precisione, velocità e attenzione ai dettagli in ogni fase del servizio.Promuovere attivamente la vendita di piatti e bevande, suggerendo specialità del giorno o della settimana.Avere una solida conoscenza del menu, bevande e vini per fornire raccomandazioni sicure.Offrire supporto nelle operazioni F&B, quando richiesto (es. colazione a buffet, allestimento, preparazione caffè o banchetti).Seguire e compilare checklist giornaliere e settimanali per operazioni e pulizie.Documentare nel logbook tutte le informazioni rilevanti del turno e assicurare il follow-up.Rivedere le attività giornaliere : ospiti in-house, VIP, richieste speciali.Requisiti:Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in un ruolo operativo simile in hotel di lusso o upscale.Ottime capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese, scritte e parlate.Capacità di utilizzo dei sistemi POS dell'hotel.Buona conoscenza dei prodotti Food & BeverageCosa offriamo :Un ambiente stimolante e collaborativo in un hotel 5 stelleOpportunità di sviluppo professionale e crescita tramite percorsi MiratiSconti sulle camera disponibili all'interno del portfolio HyattJoin our pre-opening team to build strong memories togetherSiamo impegnati a promuovere un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo che valorizzi la diversità e le pari opportunità.
