Field Application Engineer – ZAPI GROUP Role: Field Application Engineer (Italian and international client support) in the ZTP division of ZAPI GROUP. Responsibilities: Collaborate with ZTP technicians and ZAPI technical offices for system setup, testing, and activation of electrification components. Propose and optimize integration of ZAPI GROUP products and systems for customers and dealers (Italy and abroad). Interface with clients during integration phases: definition/fitting, activation, fine‑tuning, and post‑sales issue management. Support the commercial team with technical filtering between R&D and clients, ensuring client needs are addressed and organizational bottlenecks are removed. Maintain and update IT tools for assistance and sales teams, including client, product, market segment, distribution channel, and sales results information. Continuously self‑develop and update product knowledge and technologies as directed by the Technical and Sales directions. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Engineering (electronic, mechatronic, or mechanical preferred). 1–3 years of technical‑commercial experience in automotive or related sectors. Responsibilities: Problem solving and troubleshooting for client and partner software support tickets. Rapid identification of solutions and appropriate feedback to guide clients. Resolution of customer‑reported issues with satisfactory service outcomes. Management of a significant number of incoming tickets. Sharing best practices within the team. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor in a technical field. Minimum three years of professional experience in production operations. Strong orientation toward ERP systems. Customer‑focused and problem‑solving mindset. English at level B2. Excellent communication and relational skills, teamwork orientation. High precision, reliability, analytical and synthesis abilities. Organizational skills and deadlines adherence. Creative lateral thinking. Maintenance Technician – CAT Responsible for autonomous maintenance and repair interventions at client sites for gas and biogas cogeneration and trigeneration plants and generators. Key tasks: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on gas‑powered cogeneration and trigeneration units. Maintain generators. Diagnose and resolve engine faults. Requirements: Diploma in mechanical/electrotechnical field. At least two years of similar experience in maintenance services for cogeneration installations. Strong mechanical, electrical, and general motor knowledge. Good understanding of thermal module operation in cogeneration systems. Customer focus, flexibility, teamwork or autonomy, and willingness for travel. Responsibilities: Conduct routine, fault, and preventive maintenance on high‑technology compressors, dehumidifiers, vacuum pumps, etc. Qualifications: Technical diploma (mechanical or electrical/electronic). Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge. At least five years of technical / maintenance experience. Availability for short regional travel with company vehicle.
