Ankers, società d'ingegneria di Torino, ricerca per un proprio cliente ambito TLC un Field Engineer per progetti FTTH sulle aree di Milano e Bologna. Skill Laurea tecnica (Ingegneria, Telecomunicazioni, Elettronica o equivalente) o esperienza equivalente. Conoscenza delle attività di installazione, collaudo e supervisione in ambito TLC / FTTH. Capacità di coordinamento squadre operative e supervisione subappaltatori. Competenze di project / site management e controllo avanzamento lavori. Conoscenza delle procedure di qualità e dei requisiti di accettazione lavori. Buona capacità di gestione documentale (rapporti, rilievi, report fotografici). Capacità di problem solving e gestione escalation in campo. Patente B e disponibilità agli spostamenti per sopralluoghi. Job Description Gestione dell'intero processo di delivery ingegneristica del sito, riportando all'Engineering Manager. Coordinamento e supervisione delle squadre di costruzione, incluse attività dei subappaltatori. Supporto nella definizione e ottimizzazione delle soluzioni tecniche e delle procedure operative (SOP). Pianificazione e monitoraggio dei lavori, analisi avanzamento tramite GAP analysis. Verifica della qualità delle attività secondo specifiche tecniche e requisiti contrattuali. Gestione delle attività di installazione, preinstallazione, commissioning e accettazione finale. Risoluzione problematiche di cantiere e interfaccia con clienti, subappaltatori e squadre tecniche. Validazione richieste extra di subco e monitoraggio dello scope di progetto. Aggiornamento report giornalieri (IDA), caricamento foto qualità su IEPMS (≥90% dei giorni lavorativi). Supporto ai piani mensili di produzione e BEF, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati. Disponibilità di veicolo per ispezioni on-site.
