PROJECT ENGINEER Sede : Genova Business Unit : Refitting Motivo ricerca : supporto alla crescita legata a commesse di refitting navale Missione del ruolo Il Project Engineer è responsabile del supporto tecnico-operativo nella gestione delle commesse di refitting navale, garantendo la corretta pianificazione, esecuzione e controllo delle attività in coordinamento con BU Manager e Site Manager. Responsabilità principali Analisi tecnica delle commesse e supporto alla preventivazione Preparazione documentazione tecnica e disegni per attività di refitting Coordinamento con ufficio tecnico, fornitori e subappaltatori Monitoraggio avanzamento lavori e risoluzione problematiche tecniche a bordo Supporto al Project Manager nella gestione economica e tecnica del progetto Supervisione delle attività di installazione e collaudo impianti HVAC / refrigerazione Requisiti Titolo di studio : Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Navale, Energetica) o diploma tecnico equivalente Esperienza : 2–5 anni in ambito impiantistico / navale Lingua : Inglese Competenze chiave Esperienza in commesse navali Capacità di lettura disegni tecnici e utilizzo software CAD Problem solving e gestione operativa in contesti complessi Disponibilità : trasferte Italia / Estero (circa 120 gg / anno) Soft Skills Capacità di lavorare in team e interfacciarsi con diversi stakeholder Orientamento al risultato e gestione delle priorità Flessibilità e adattamento a contesti internazionali Inquadramento & Benefits CCNL Metalmeccanico (13 mensilità) Welfare aziendale Metasalute Ticket restaurant €8 MBO annuale (da definire) Sede di lavoro : Genova Si offre : Inserimento diretto in azienda, Package retributivo in funzione della seniority maturata nel ruolo.
