The Clinical IT Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning, developing, implementing all activities related to Clinical IT solutions. This position is part of the WITs team located in Italy. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will be part of a team and report to the responsible for coordinating both upstream (the product) and downstream (the go-to-market) sales, marketing, project management areas, and consulting post-sales support for the Beckman Coulter Clinical IT portfolio. In this role, you will have the opportunity to : Implement Clinical IT solutions, ensuring they reflect the design phase expectations within the expected time and modes. Ensure careful and accurate project control, and be accountable for documentation and reporting. Manage issues during project implementation and identify corrective actions to complete projects on time. Build and maintain relationships with customers through constant follow-up to understand their needs and meet them through targeted solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted consultant for customers regarding Clinical IT solutions, sharing ideas for improvements and developments. The essential requirements of the job include : Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in IT solutions for the IVD market (e.g., Lab Middleware, LIS, etc.). Strong communication and listening skills for customer interactions. Ability to work flexible hours as needed and travel 50%-70% of the time. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in : Networking, Virtual Environments, and Operating Systems knowledge.
