Head of Technical Electrical Department - Automation & Electrical Engineering Sede: Modena | Trasferte internazionali occasionali | Coordinamento team Italia-Estero. Technopi Solutions, azienda in crescita nel settore dell’automazione industriale, ricerca un Responsabile Ufficio Tecnico Automazione & Elettrico con almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo o in posizioni analoghe (Project Manager, Senior HW/SW Engineer, UTE Manager). La figura avrà la responsabilità completa del reparto tecnico elettrico/software, garantendo la corretta esecuzione dei progetti e la gestione strutturata delle attività fino al coordinamento diretto dei FAT e SAT. Responsabilità principali * Coordinamento del team interno (software, PLC/HMI, progettazione elettrica, realizzazione elettrica). * Pianificazione attività, distribuzione carichi di lavoro, monitoraggio avanzamento. * Supervisione tecnica dalla definizione requisiti alla messa in servizio. * Interfaccia con fornitori, quadristi, impiantisti e partner tecnologici. * Implementazione di standard interni, procedure e best practice. * Supporto alla Direzione nelle scelte tecniche ed organizzative. Requisiti * Almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di gestione tecnica progettuale. * Ottima capacità di Team Leading, coordinamento risorse e gestione del personale. * Ottima conoscenza PLC Siemens (TIA Portal) e sistemi HMI + Motion Control. * Capacità di valutare/modificare schemi elettrici sulla base delle normative di settore. * Solide competenze di project management e problem solving. * Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (preferibile conoscenza dello spagnolo). * Leadership, affidabilità e forte orientamento al risultato.
