Descrizione del ruolo:

Siamo alla ricerca di un Corporate Affairs Manager altamente motivato e con esperienza, che si occuperà di gestire la comunicazione strategica sia a livello interno che esterno.

La figura selezionata avrà un ruolo di supporto al Direttore della Comunicazione, nel rafforzare l'immagine del brand, migliorare la comunicazione con i dipendenti e sviluppare strategie di comunicazione per supportare gli obiettivi aziendali. La persona sarà responsabile della gestione di tutti i canali di comunicazione interna, garantendo coerenza, chiarezza e allineamento con i valori e la mission dell'azienda.

Responsabilità principali:

Comunicazione Esterna Corporate:

  1. Sviluppare e implementare strategie di comunicazione esterna per promuovere l'immagine e i valori aziendali.
  2. Gestire le relazioni con i media, redigere comunicati stampa, articoli e contenuti destinati ai vari canali di comunicazione (sito web, social media, newsletter, etc.).
  3. Monitorare l'opinione pubblica e la reputazione online, gestendo eventuali crisi comunicative.
  4. Pianificare e organizzare eventi aziendali, conferenze stampa, fiere e altre iniziative promozionali.

Comunicazione Interna:

  1. Creare e gestire la strategia di comunicazione interna per garantire un flusso costante di informazioni tra la leadership e i dipendenti.
  2. Sviluppare contenuti per newsletter interne, intranet aziendale, messaggi ufficiali e altre comunicazioni aziendali.
  3. Organizzare momenti di aggiornamento e formazione interna per coinvolgere e motivare i dipendenti.
  4. Promuovere una cultura aziendale positiva e favorire un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo attraverso una comunicazione efficace.

Gestione Team e Stakeholder:

  1. Coordinare un team di 2 persone e interagire con altre funzioni aziendali (HR, Business, ecc.) per allineare gli obiettivi e le strategie.
  2. Assicurarsi che tutte le comunicazioni siano in linea con la visione, la missione e i valori dell'azienda.

Monitoraggio e Reporting:

  1. Analizzare l'efficacia delle attività di comunicazione esterna e interna, raccogliendo feedback e proponendo soluzioni per migliorare i processi.
  2. Preparare report periodici per la direzione aziendale sullo stato delle attività di comunicazione.
Qualifications

Requisiti:

  1. Laurea in Comunicazione, Marketing, Relazioni Pubbliche o discipline affini.
  2. Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel campo della comunicazione, preferibilmente in un ruolo simile con responsabilità sia interne che esterne.
  3. Eccellenti capacità di scrittura e comunicazione orale.
  4. Esperienza nella gestione di relazioni con i media e nella gestione di crisi comunicative.
  5. Conoscenza avanzata dei principali strumenti digitali e dei social media.
  6. Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire progetti complessi, rispettando scadenze e priorità.
  7. Forte attitudine alla leadership e capacità di lavorare in team e ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
