Our project-grade products, systems and services comply with international quality & safety requirements.Responsibilities- Provide technical support to sales, design, and project teams on lighting products, specifications, and applications.- Prepare and review technical submittals, datasheets, shop drawings, and compliance documents.- Assist in selecting suitable lighting fixtures, drivers, and control systems for projects.- Respond to client, consultant, and contractor technical inquiries promptly and professionally.- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and project teams for approvals, product information, and technical clarifications.- Support installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and value engineering of lighting systems.- Conduct product testing and evaluate samples to ensure quality, performance, and project compatibility.- Review, revise, and validate test reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.- Maintain technical documentation, stay updated on lighting technologies, and ensure compliance with standards.- Prepare technical reports and provide internal and external reporting while maintaining proper documentation.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.- 2–3 years of experience in lighting technical support or a similar role.- Knowledge of lighting products, drivers, control systems, and electrical standards.- Experience with Dialux, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.- Skilled in technical submittals, datasheets, shop drawings, and test reports.- Experience in product testing, sample evaluation, and report revision.- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.- Ability to speak Italian is an advantage.Working Schedule in UAE time:Monday to Friday 9:00am-1:00pm, 1:30pm-6:30pmSaturday 9:30am-12:30pm (work from HomeSunday OffTotal Working Hours 48 hoursyou can also send your email at
