You will work both independently and within the housekeeping team to ensure comfort, safety, and satisfaction for all guests.Guest Room & Suite CleaningCleaning and preparing guest rooms and suites according to hotel standards, including bed making, bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenitiesHandling daily turndown service, VIP preparations, and special guest requestsMaintaining cleanliness in corridors, service areas, and designated public spacesReporting maintenance issues, safety risks, or damaged items promptly to supervisorsGuest Interaction & ServiceMaintaining a polished, professional appearance in accordance with grooming standardsOperational SupportUsing cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals correctly and safelyTracking and reporting low-stock items such as amenities, linens, and cleaning suppliesFollowing all hotel SOPs and LQA service standardsPrevious experience as a room attendant or housekeeper in a luxury hotel (preferred)Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workProficiency in Italian and basic communication skills in English; additional languages are a plusFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shiftsdaily boat transfers are part of the routineFlexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periodsA key operational role within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury propertiesProfessional development and training opportunitiesReady to help create an immaculate guest experience in one of Venice’s most iconic luxury hotels?
