This role operates across multiple locations in the north of Italy, ensuring business continuity in stores and contributing to sales targets through strong sales expertise, a consultative approach, and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Key ResponsabilitiesWelcome and assist customers by providing a personalized and high-quality service. Represent the brand consistently in line with its image and values. Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets. Support various stores during seasonal peaks, openings, or staff replacements. Monitor sales performance, identifying opportunities and areas for improvement. Take part in the training and coaching of junior sales staff. Manage cash operations and back-office procedures independently. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain the store’s image. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales roles within the ready-to-wear or premium fashion sector. Excellent commercial, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong customer orientation and sensitivity to fashion products. Flexibility and availability to travel frequently across the assigned regions (company car provided) Team-player attitude and strong goal orientation. Very good command of English. Good knowledge of key digital tools (POS, CRM, MS Office, tablet).
