We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Electrification & Automation area. Your Challenge Manage small projects within a global business unit (SI Electrification & Automation), dealing specifically with supplies of protection & controls systems and/or SCADA following all the project steps: from order opening through project timeline definition, until complete delivery of products/services object of the order; Active Managing & Controlling the projects in terms of time, costs, quality, risks, change requests, and claims in compliance with external laws and regulations (e.g. product safety, environmental protection), internal regulations (e.g. signature authorizations, project decisions and agreements with customer within Limits of Authorities) and agreed Customer processes; Report to the management as needed; Build, maintain and complete comprehensive project documentation. To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have: Proven experience in project management within the electro technical sector. Strong focus on achieving targets and ensuring customer satisfaction, with a proactive and collaborative team attitude. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience. Willingness to travel to Siemens and third-party factories to assist with factory acceptance tests. Passion for continuous growth and development. Respect for and appreciation of individual uniqueness, with a willingness to co-create and share knowledge. Proficiency in both English and Italian. Eligibility to work in Italy.
