Adecco LifeScience, divisione specializzata del gruppo Adecco, per realtà operante nel settore farmaceutico, ricerca un / a Global Primary Transportation Expert Il / La Global Primary Transportation Expert supporta la Global Supply Chain e gli altri dipartimenti nella gestione dei trasporti primari sul territorio nazionale e internazionale. Inoltre, garantisce il miglioramento continuo dei processi e ricerca nuove possibilità di semplificazione e ottimizzazione. Infine, presta particolare attenzione alle tematiche di ottimizzazione dei carichi sia da un punto di vista economico che ambientale.ResponsabilitàSupporta la definizione, l'aggiornamento e l'introduzione di percorsi ottimali al fine di minimizzare costi e tempi di consegna;Organizza l'assegnazione dei carichi ai veicoli in base alla capacità e alle caratteristiche del prodotto, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi di consegna richiesti;Garantisce il coordinamento con i fornitori di servizi logistici (corrieri, HUB di distribuzione secondaria);Supporta la gestione del corriere per quanto riguarda il monitoraggio e il rinnovo contrattuale, con particolare attenzione agli SLA e ai KPI;Garantisce il monitoraggio delle spedizioni e il rispetto delle consegne presso gli HUB di distribuzione. Fornisce inoltre supporto in caso di problematiche di trasporto e comunica con clienti e fornitori interni / esterni sullo stato delle spedizioni;Mantiene la tracciabilità di tutti i trasporti effettuati e il corretto incrocio dei dati tra trasporti eseguiti e report dei trasportatori. Inoltre, sviluppa analisi dei costi di trasporto e identifica possibili aree di miglioramento. Prepara e mantiene report mensili, trimestrali e annuali per la revisione da parte del management;Gestisce le richieste dei clienti e la risoluzione delle problematiche relative alle relazioni con clienti e fornitori;Valuta nuove tecnologie per migliorare l'efficienza del trasporto (ad esempio, sistemi telematici).QualificheLaurea triennale o magistrale in Supply Chain, Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia, Matematica o discipline affini.Competenze richiesteSolida conoscenza di SAP (SAP S / 4HANA – moduli di Production Planning e Material Management);Elevata capacità di analisi dei dati aziendali;Conoscenza dei principali processi di Supply Chain (ad es. Demand Management, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Order Management, Delivery Management, Inventory Management, Customer Care Management, gestione dei fornitori di prodotti finiti, ecc.);Conoscenza delle normative farmaceutiche, con particolare riferimento alle GDP (Good Distribution Practice);Lingue : italiano e inglese fluente.Competenze preferenzialiEsperienza nel settore farmaceutico (preferibilmente da 2 a 5 anni).
