Manage the flow of requests for legal document review and secure required approvals from Globants management. Provide guidance and legal interpretation to internal stakeholders. Handle other project-based work within the scope of the legal department responsibilities on an as‑needed basis. Be actively involved in the development of our projects: identifying and solving problems, formulating hypotheses, managing relations with clients and proposing solutions. Extreme detail‑oriented skills. High degree of financial acumen. Great communication skills. Advanced user tools like MS Office Suite. Fluent in Italian and English languages. Other languages will be valued (Spanish, French, Italian and German). Responsibilities Negotiate and close good MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Supplier Agreements, Marketing, product licenses and SaaS deals. As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading deep relationship focused negotiations with the largest companies in the world. Excellent writing skills both in Italian and English. Spanish language would be a plus. Be a legal generalist and tech law expert including, among others, deep knowledge in civil and commercial laws, IP, privacy law, financial regulations and data protection regulations. Analyze marketing, human resources, financial and commercial projects and initiatives to provide practical legal advice across multiple jurisdictions. Advice on complex legal issues, including data leaks, security of information and personal data breaches, and international data transfers. Support to compliance, corporate and business teams on data protection laws and governance requirements. Participate in M&A operations through integrations of acquired companies. Manage and coordinate external law firms. Coordinate and manage potential judicial and non‑judicial disputes. Continuous update towards developments in new laws, regulations, important judgements and regulatory guidance. Elaboration and knowledge of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and public tenders. Qualifications Italian Qualified lawyer. Fluency in English and Italian, oral and written. Spanish would be plus. Additional professional‑level language skills (French, Italian, Spanish or German preferable). At least 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in‑house legal department. Negotiation of national and international contracts. Preferred Skills Negotiation Skills. Experience in the labor law field. Experience negotiating tech‑related deals.
