Client Quality Officer Join to apply for the Client Quality Officer (case processing experience required) role at PrimeVigilance . You will help maintain prime quality standards for a portfolio of client projects while ensuring compliance with global regulations and PrimeVigilance expectations. Company Description PrimeVigilance (a part of Ergomed Group) is a mid‑size pharmacovigilance service provider with a global footprint across Europe, North America and Asia. Established in 2008, we deliver medical information, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs and quality assurance services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners. Job Description Implement and maintain the quality system and training for assigned client projects. Collaborate with Quality Management, Quality Assurance and Audit Management teams to enforce PrimeVigilance’s and client QMS requirements. Manage a portfolio of client projects, delivering work with limited input. Ensure timely, complete training of employees on client projects. Create and maintain a project‑specific quality management plan for each assigned project. Review weekly and monthly regulatory intelligence reports and assess impact on projects. Align and ensure compliance of project procedures with global pharmacovigilance regulations, SOPs and Joint Operating Guidelines. Approve access requests to #J-18808-Ljbffr
