ABOUT US Spector Padel House(SPH) è una fast-growing company che sta sviluppando il #1 network di padel club in Italia. SPH progetta, sviluppa e gestisce padel-club in ossequio al “Metodo Spector”: il quale valorizza i bisogni di giocatrici e giocatori attraverso un approccio operativo integrato.La missione dell’azienda, che prende il suo nome dal CT della Nazionale Italiana di padelGustavo Spector , è quella di essere inclusiva e, al contempo, garantire eccellenza e professionalità creando valore per tutti gli stakeholders.RUOLO Siamo alla ricerca di una/unFront-Office Desk Manager (full-time) che si occupi dell’amministrazione, della contabilità e dell’operatività del nostro club SPH Milano Barona – comprese le relazioni con la clientela e con i Coach SPH operanti presso il centro. La risorsa farà parte del management team del club e collaborerà con lo staff dell'HQ di Milano.RESPONSABILITÀsvolgere le attività amministrative, operative e contabili;occuparsi delle vendite: marketing, segreteria, prenotazione e CRM;occuparsi dell’eventistica: tornei, clinic, altri format SPH;lavorare con i Coach Spector relativamente alle attività sportive;lavorare con l’HQ di Milano relativamente alle attività operative;coordinare le attività retail e commerciali; eincentivare e supportare la diffusione e lo sviluppo del padel;REQUISITI La/il candidata/o ideale è una persona con una conoscenza base del prodotto padel, che sia in grado di amalgamarsi rapidamente con il team SPH, assimilare velocemente tanto i contenuti quanto le sfumature del “Metodo Spector”e lavorare in modo efficiente ed efficace.Requisiti altrettanto fondamentali sono: ottime capacità relazionali e organizzative, spiccato spirito d’iniziativa e padronanza base del pacchetto Office.
