We are 13,000+ employees, we operate globally with 80+ global offices, and we serve over 4,800+ customers worldwide. </p> <h3>Your Role </h3> <p>Your key duties and responsibilities </p> <ul> <li>Assisting with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings </li> <li>Organizing and managing documents, including the creation of spreadsheets and retrieval systems </li> <li>Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments </li> <li>Compiling information and, preparing statistics, charts, graphs and other summaries to detail the findings </li> <li>Keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes </li> </ul> <p>Other duties </p> <p>We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands. </p> <h3>Your Skills, Experience, And Qualifications Required. </h3> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in Law (with honors) </li> <li>At least 1 year of significant experience as a paralegal/legal assistant in a law firm setting </li> <li>Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language </li> <li>Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel and PowerPoint </li> <li>Strong interpersonal and organization skills </li> <li>Ability to follow direction and procedures </li> <li>With your “get things done” attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment </li> </ul> <h3>What We Offer </h3> <p>Permanent employment contract. </p> <h3>Location </h3> <p>Milan </p> <h3>Important Notes </h3> <p>According to the Italian Law (L.68/99) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority. </p> </p> #J-18808-Ljbffr
