Per azienda cliente leader italiano nei Servizi IT & Infrastrutture per Consumer, Enterprise & Business, ricerchiamo un/a Enterprise Architecture Lead. All'interno della Direzione IT, la risorsa si occuperà di disegnare l'Architettura Enterprise, definire le tecnologie ed i relativi standard per il contesto aziendale. Il suo obiettivo sarà creare una coerenza normativa ed architetturale, standardizzare i processi e le tecnologie IT, ridurre costi e rischi di incident e problem. Interagirà con le diverse aree di Business oltre che con i team tecnici di Software, Infrastruttura e Security. Requisiti Laurea STEM Esperienza di almeno 8 anni nel ruolo Capacità di modellazione architetturale e analisi impatti cross‑application Conoscenza avanzata di TOGAF, ArchiMate e framework EA Esperienza nel governo di standard tecnologici e lifecycle management Competenza nella definizione di roadmap IT e strategie tecnologiche Conoscenza delle normative: GDPR, ISO 27001, policy aziendali di sicurezza Leadership trasversale e capacità di coordinamento comitati e stakeholder Problem solving, pensiero sistemico e orientamento al miglioramento continuo Eccellenti capacità comunicative e documentali Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Responsabilità Le principali attività includono: Modellazione architetture as‑is e to‑be: business, applicativa, tecnologica, dati Valutazione impatti, dipendenze e rischi architetturali Supportare la definizione di standard per applicazioni, database, middleware, infrastrutture Validazione tecnologie da adottare con relativi criteri di dismissione/transizione Armonizzazione integrazioni e interfacce Governance del Technology Reference Model (TRM) Offerta Offriamo inserimento presso una delle sedi del Gruppo Cliente e modalità di lavoro agili, fortemente orientate al Remote Working.
