Find out more at is the role*** Accurately process customer orders in SAP: validate products, quantities and lead times.* Apply pricing policy in coordination with Sales and prepare quotations for special requests.* Check product availability with factories and suppliers and trigger order preparation.* Coordinate logistics and transport with internal teams and third‑party providers.* Manage claims, credit requests and documentation (filing and archiving).* Support accounts receivable by following up on payments when requested.* Respond to customer and internal enquiries (availability, lead times, pricing, documentation, samples).* Perform weekly invoice/credit checks and contribute to monthly order‑portfolio and
