Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.<br>Partner with the best<br>As a Research & Technology Execution Manager you will be accountable for delivering organic and in-organic R&T activities to support the IET technology strategy and defining and delivering an IET wide Open Innovation strategy.<br>Fuel your passion<br>As Research & Technology Execution Manager you will be responsible for:<br>Managing, coaching & mentoring a global team to deliver organic and in-organic Research & Technology activities to the IET businesses in support of the IET Technology Strategy<br>Scouting for strategic inorganic technologies & perform due diligence to position for partnering or acquisition<br>Driving and initiating strategic external technology collaborations with partners and customers and enabling execution<br>Gathering technology intelligence and develop technology competitive landscape to enrich decision making<br>Defining and delivering an IET-wide Open Innovation strategy to inspire organic and in-organic technology ideas to influence the IET Technology Strategy<br>To be successful in this role you will have:<br>Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related technical discipline.<br>15 years professional experience in a technical discipline/s<br>Experience of managing & developing a global team with broad technical capabilities<br>Experience of defining & delivering projects in a global organisation<br>Excellent influencing, communication and engagement skills from junior to senior executive levels to achieve goals<br>Business acumen with the ability to link technology and commercial skills<br>Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English<br>Be willing & able to travel<br>The desired characteristics to be successful in this role are:<br>A passion for open innovation and for researching a wide breadth of technologies<br>Have prior experience of completing due diligence activities on in-organic opportunities<br>Have prior experience of managing technology at the burgeoning phase<br>Have prior experience of developing & managing collaborations with external partners<br>Have prior program management experience<br>Be open to new ideas, curious, creative, and inclusive<br>Working with us<br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
