Deerns offre servizi di consulenza per la progettazione impiantistica, energia, sostenibilità, acustica, sicurezza nei cantieri, antincendio per uffici, residenze, retail, hotel, sport&leisure, aeroporti, data centers, clean tech e ospedali. Per la sede di Roma, Deerns Italia è alla ricerca di un/una Senior Sustainability Specialist. La figura che cerchiamo verrà coinvolta su tematiche che hanno come focus l'implementazione all'interno dei progetti dei requisiti di sostenibilità, sia in termini di certificazioni, sia in termini di strategie di più ampio raggio, volte all'obbiettivo di ridurre l'impatto dell'ambiente costruito garantendo il benessere delle persone. Competenze ed Esperienze Desiderate Diploma o laurea in ambito ingegneristico/architettura; Richiesta conoscenza della lingua inglese; Conoscenza, dei principali protocolli di sostenibilità per gli edifici (LEED, BREEAM, WELL); Esperienza comprovata di almeno 5 anni nel settore edilizio; L’iscrizione alle liste di collocamento mirato costituisce titolo preferenziale.
