We are seeking a Product Manager on behalf of a leading multinational company . The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring profitable growth, strategic development and lifecycle management of ETO (Engineer-to-Order) solutions and commercial-grade products designed for non-industrial environments. This includes developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market needs and internal capabilities. The Product Manager will also ensure that product information is well communicated to the commercial organization and fully supported throughout the business. Key Responsibilities: Own the entire product lifecycle of the assigned portfolio, adapting strategies based on each product line’s maturity and market positioning. Develop growth strategies based on internal capabilities, outsourced options, market directives, Voice of the Customer (VOC), and competitive benchmarking. Lead the introduction of new product lines and manage product rationalization and phase‑out activities. Drive the development of business cases for new product initiatives and present proposals at relevant decision‑making gates. Lead product rollouts across strategic regions, including training, events, and go‑to‑market activities. Define strategic pricing, delivery service levels, and aftermarket support across the entire product range.
