A Note for Applicants : We are seeking U.S. nationals or individuals holding a U.S. passport who are currently based in Italy - ideally in Milan or Rome - and who bring strong sales experience along with a solid understanding of the learning world. Bonus Quest You'll travel monthly to New York to follow the business, blending your Italian base with U.S. cultural insight. Think of it as L&D diplomacy on both sides of the ocean. You’ll Own The full client lifecycle : from that first “let’s talk” to “this changed everything.” Working cross-functionally with facilitators, designers, creatives and thinkers to deliver value that sticks. Growing accounts like a boss and chasing new ones like you’re on a mission from the learning gods. Strengthening our relationships with U.S. clients, because learning is global and context is everything. You Are A business developer with L&D in your bloodstream.
