CLIENT ADVISOR – SERRAVALLE (FULL TIME 40H) CELINE, founded in 1945 by Céline Vipiana, is an iconic French leather‑goods, fashion & couture house belonging to the LVMH Group. Location Serravalle Scrivia, Piedmont, Italy Job Purpose As Client Advisor, welcome all clients to our store ensuring they feel comfortable within the environment. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development of sales and the achievement of common sale objectives. Welcome and advise customers, providing the best customer service. Share with customers the story behind our products and deliver expertise. Proactively propose complementary products. Recruit and retain customers by building privileged and lasting relationships. Participate in the operational life of the store: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after‑sales service, inventory management. Control and respect internal procedures and guidelines. Support the digital evolution of the house. Be a great ambassador of CELINE and the group. Endorse the brand spirit with creativity and sense of excellence. Profile & Experience Minimum of 2 years in sales and in the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent. High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge. Ability to understand and go beyond customers’ needs to provide the best experience. Taste for challenge, team spirit, sense of service, natural curiosity, open‑mind, optimism and empathy. Languages: Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus. Working Hours Full time, 40 hours per week.
