If you are motivated to dive into the detail, take ownership and be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, we have the career you’re looking forAbout the roleThe successful candidate will be a member of the Global Finance Operations and will be responsible for vendor experience and complex dispute management.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying root causes for problems within the Accounts Payable function or in internal Amazon systems and leading the initiative of fixing these problems—conduct follow‑up tasks, communicate opportunities for improvement and agree action plans.Analyze key Supplier trends, govern mediation requirement based on analyzed trends.Acting as a main point of contact for TOP Amazon Suppliers, with the goal to develop strong business relationships, create mutual trust, and resolve any conflicts to avoid shipment holds or other business interruption.Prepare vendor health scorecard; conduct reviews and identify vendor accounts that are likely to become a delivery hold situation and proactively work on their account balances.Address any account related inquiries and concerns from vendors and ensure vendors know how to use the Amazon tools.Other RequirementsAnalyzing metrics relating to operational performance and effectively presenting data to vendors and internal teams.Working actively and accurately on an independent basis; giving great attention to detail and displaying the initiative to quickly identify and resolve variances, failures and discrepancies.Interacting with Retail & Finance teams while working on the same vendor account and agreeing on priorities, business decisions, objectives and communication.Working in night shifts and weekends/holidays based on business requirement.Key Job ResponsibilitiesProcessing of invoices as per the agreed timeliness and quality.Perform quality check based on the agreed parameters and provide feedback.Prepare the dashboard covering the key metrics.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting and commerce (B.
