Together, we shape the future of payments.The Opportunity We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Chief Compliance and Data Protection Officer at Worldline Merchant Services Italia. Your role will be to ensure that the company's operations and employees adhere to all external regulatory mandates and internal policies.Day-to-Day Responsibilities Execute risk assessments related to compliance risks.Implement second-line defense controls.Assist with reporting activities for Regulators, Governance Bodies, Operational and Group Compliance.Support the development of compliance training programs, including content, participants, and methods.Evaluate compliance systems to ensure appropriate software and tools are in place.Who Are We Looking For We seek big thinkers—people who can drive positive change, step up, and demonstrate what's next. We value passion, a can-do attitude, and a hunger to learn and grow.
