PRODUCT JUNIOR MARKETING MANAGERIl candidato ideale presenta esperienza nel ruolo e ha svolto un percorso scolastico tecnico in ambito elettronico, elettrotecnico o meccatronico. In alternativa possono essere valutati positivamente candidati con esperienza all'interno di un ufficio marketing di una realtà tecnica/metalmeccanica e svolto anche ruoli di Project Manager.ResponsabilitàLa risorsa è inserita all'interno dell'ufficio Marketing e risponde al Responsabile Mk. Collabora con l’ufficio R&D, ufficio tecnico, ufficio assistenza e Marketing. Traduce quelli che sono i fabbisogni di mercato in una lista di attività che verranno svolte soprattutto dall’ufficio R&D. Raccoglie le esigenze e i trend, analizza il mercato di riferimento con il team dell’ufficio valutando quello su cui si vuole puntare, ricerca, elabora documentazione e intervista anche la forza vendita. Oltre a queste attività predominanti, c’è la possibilità che la risorsa a seconda delle sue competenze e della sua preparazione, si possa anche occupare di: marketing e comunicazione di prodotto (redazionali, scrivere su blog per comunicazione esterna); lavorare su eventi, situazioni specifiche, case history da fare, formazione della forza vendita.QualificheRichiesta buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; pacchetto Office e preferibile conoscenza anche se non necessaria di Autocad 2D e 3D. Disponibilità a possibili trasferte in Italia o in Europa seppur brevi: fiere di settore e/o eventi. 5/6 trasferte max all'anno. Orario di lavoro dal lun al ven 8.30 – 12.30 / 13.30 – 17.30. Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato con RAL commisurata in base all'esperienza maturata (range indicativo tra i 30 e i 35 K).
